The Cooking Ladies are Phyllis Hinz and Lamont Mackay, two friends who traded their careers as restaurateurs and caterers for the freedom and spontaneity of the vagabond lifestyle. They have worked as food columnists, travel writers, event speakers, and restaurant consultants, official Home Hardware Kitchen Experts, and for the past 22 years have written a regular column for RV Lifestyle Magazine. When they are not travelling, they are at their test kitchen on the north shore of Lake Erie.
