Rund 50 Menschen aus zehn Nationen bilden das Büro GWJ Architektur in Bern und Zürich. Mit dem Ziel, nachhaltig attraktive Orte für Mensch und Gesellschaft zu schaffen, realisieren sie schweizweit sozial-, wirtschafts- und klimaverträgliche Projekte. So wurde etwa beim UVEK Campus, Ittigen, der erneuerbare Baustoff Holz modern interpretiert; und die Wohnsiedlung Huebergass erhielt vom UIA in der Kategorie «Sustainable Future» eine Anerkennung.

For instance, the UVEK Campus, Ittigen is a modern reinterpretation of the renewable building material of wood. The Huebergass housing estate was commended by the UIA in the category “Sustainable Future”.
