Christopher Lloyd graduated with a first-class degree in history from Cambridge University. He began his career as a journalist with The Sunday Times newspaper, before setting out to write books. After his adult world history book, What on Earth Happened?, Christopher turned his attention to children's books. He is the author of the children's non-fiction book Absolutely Everything! and the adult non-fiction book What on Earth Happened!, and the editor of the international bestseller Britannica All New Children's Encyclopedia. Mark Ruffle is an illustrator and graphic designer living in the UK. Since he was young, Mark has drawn imaginary worlds, fantastic animals and marvellous humans. He is now lucky enough to draw for his job and creates fun, colourful, engaging illustrations for a wide range of ages and uses. When he's not doodling, he can be found walking his two dogs and admiring the wildlife and rolling hills where he lives.

Professor Noel Fitzpatrick is an internationally renowned veterinarian, who also stars in his own TV series, The Supervet.  (He earned this nickname through the groundbreaking veterinary procedures he performs). Professor Fitzpatrick is a huge advocate of 'ONE Medicine,' the cross-pollination of expertise and ideas between veterinary and human medicine. ONE Medicine is at the heart of Noel's mission, and the cornerstone of Humanimal Trust, which is the charity he has founded to promote this cause.
