Francis Kenny was born in inner city Liverpool, and still lives in the city, after working in the construction industry for 15 years he left and went to university. He obtained a BA Hons in Politics and Economics, an MA in Screenwriting along with an MA in Social Policy and a MA in Urban Regeneration. He found employment in, teaching the Social Sciences and Special Educational Needs. He is married, to Eileen and they have five grown up children.
