Kate Faxen (Author)
Kate Faxen is an ADHDer, SEND advocate, and a workplace culture, equality and systems-level transformation expert. She is an ACC accredited neurodivergent inclusive coach, and parent of neurodivergent twin teenagers. Alongside Sophie, she co-founded and co-chairs Neuro PCG, an award-winning staff network supporting parents and carers of neurodivergent children.
Sophie Shore (Author)
Sophie Shore has a background in psychology and social¿research but¿has been working in leadership roles within the Civil Service and Local Government for the past 15 years. She is mum to two boys, one of whom has autism. Sophie has only recently navigated the diagnostic process, after years of wondering why things felt "off" and second-guessing her parenting.
