Steve Campbell didn't set out to spend his life on street ministry. He grew up in Arkansas City, Kansas; built a career in the western-wear industry; and thought he knew where his life was headed. A God-Wink encounter after a tennis match changed his life from business to ministry. Then he met Wanda-his future wife and ministry partner-and everything changed. Together, they stepped into the streets of Columbus, Ohio's Short North District and founded The Better Way-a small outreach program that touched more than six hundred thousand lives and eventually grew into the Columbus Dream Center. Steve has spent decades listening to people that most of the world overlooks, capturing their stories with honesty, humor, and compassion.
