Summer Donovan is a 24-year-old bartender at The Gin Room, struggling to live in The Big Apple. Fenrir North, a 1044-year-old wolf shifter/vampire hybrid has formed a tribe of vampires and shifters in the city. He is their Konungr (king). Just before they go into a two-week summer hibernation, he finds the mate he's been searching for over the past 1000 years. But someone else is watching and tracking her. Before Fenrir can fully claim her, Summer disappears from his building. He must find her and finish the claiming before he goes into a blood rage, or worse.
