All Pep Puggerton wants is to gather truffe, sell it for a decent profit, and live as carefree as possible. When Porcinova's new ruler Tzar Pamplewort calls him in for a meeting, he knows things are going to get sloppy fast. Pamplewort's nefarious plot requires a pig with Pep's smuggling skills, and they're much too important to leave to chance. Now in the menacing hog's grasp, Pep has to venture through the dangerous Wildlands with his sister's life hanging in the balance.

As Secretary to the Tzar, Lola Puggerton needs her wits and wiles to help govern Porcinova. She fears her brother's chosen career as a trouffier may put her political career in danger, but Pep's truffe smuggling business becomes the least of her worries. Lola's fiancé has a dark secret tying him to Pamplewort, and she's found herself the focal point of a vast conspiracy. How deep will Lola have to dive into Pamplewort's clandestine scheme to uncover his plans for her and Pep?

"Bomber" Broly dreams of becoming a main-eventer for the Primeval Wrestling Organization, but he has bigger problem at hand when his best friend Pep asks him to look after Lola in his stead. Broly's only solution is to enlist his former tag-team partner, an unscrupulous swine named Sly. Together, the former duo once known as Swine Nation has to scour Porcinova City's underbelly for dirt on Pamplewort and his connection to The Porccullati before the hoggish tsar can enact his master plan.
