Hannerie Visser is the founder of Studio H, a Cape Town-based and award-winning culinary minded design studio. Since founding her company in 2012, Hannerie has built a reputation as South Africa's leading future food designer, with some of her food-design work on display in museums and exhibitions across the world. Hannerie and her team design creative strategies for brands through trend forecasting, new product development and sensory design. With an approach rooted in exploring a sustainable future, Studio H's work is defined by a passion for South African indigenous ingredients and a drive to preserve and document our country's diverse culinary traditions. In 2019, Studio H founded FOOD XX, a support network and annual awards for women in food in Africa.
